Implementation guides for connecting your directory to Sprooster.
Sprooster draws your org (people, titles, reporting lines) from a system of record you already run. These guides walk through wiring each one up. Every path lands in the same place: the Connect directory step of onboarding, or Settings → Data sources in an existing workspace.
Connect your directory
Microsoft 365 (Entra ID)
Register an app, grant read permission to Microsoft Graph, paste three values.
Google Workspace
Create a service account with domain-wide delegation to the Admin Directory.
CSV import
No integration needed: a spreadsheet export works, and re-uploading is the sync.
Additional integrations
Running something we don't connect to yet (Workday, Rippling, HiBob, or anything else with your people in it)? Two paths:
- Ask us for an integration. There's a request form right on the connect step (and in Settings → Data sources). Name the system and we'll follow up. The popular asks usually ship fast.
- Bridge it today. Any system that can export people can feed Sprooster now through CSV import. Re-upload a fresh export to update it. When a direct integration arrives later, Sprooster keeps everyone's history, because people match by work email.
Not the person who runs your directory?
You don't have to be. From the Invite step of onboarding (or Settings → People access), mint an admin invite link and send it to whoever administers Entra or Google Workspace. It lands them directly on the connect screen with everything they need, including a link back to these guides.
